I open up doors for bottom-up creativity and collaboration. The knowledge and resources I have access to and use enable me to harness the collective input of stakeholders to reflect, identify and solve problems, align teams, prioritise ideas, and look to the future. Additionally, I help groups view the world in new ways to develop fresh ideas. My knowledge of innovation trends, models, tools and best practices can help any organisation to overcome inertia, identify opportunities, and break the mould.
I come from an entrepreneurial background, and creating value has always been a mission of mine. I don’t believe in business as usual and want to leverage the immense power of collaboration and co-creation. Engagement is something that I believe has numerous ongoing benefits, and creating the means by which this is achieved is personally fulfilling. As an innovation consultant and facilitator, I believe in innovating rather than recreating the wheel, think we can learn from global trends, and want to expose conventional business people to a new way of doing business.
As an innovation consultant and facilitator I encourage ideas to flow and be articulated and offer frameworks to guide thinking. I provide participants with the opportunity to use widely recognised products and techniques to think with their hands, use visual literacy, and reframe.
Experiencing different cuisines and cultures is a lifelong passion further exacerbated by living in South East Asia. The outdoors is my haven. My soul is uplifted simply while camping, mountain biking, surf-skiing, and just walking my dog. Guiding my young daughter as she climbs the ladder of life and learns the ropes is something that makes my day.
