As innovation culture practice leader, I am an organisational culture and behaviour change specialist. My expertise lies in assisting organisations to develop in their people the mindsets, skills, and behaviours necessary to achieve their innovation goals. I help organisations to understand that innovation is about people, and how they think, feel, and behave – not just about the technology.
I primarily focus on the people side of organisational development, and getting to the heart of what drives people to do what they do, because it is only by discovering the real drivers of behaviour that I can help organisations and individuals grow.
Part of my role as innovation culture practice leader is using cutting edge diagnostic tools, as well as blended learning techniques, to create targeted and comprehensive change, culture and leadership programs.
I love travelling to all parts of the globe and exploring “off the beaten track”. I’ve done such things as trekking in Nepal, camel riding in Rajasthan; visiting a wildlife sanctuary in Rwanda to see the mountain gorillas, and paddling my surf ski with dolphins off the coast of Sydney.
